Financial Information:
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Claims will be submitted for those with dental insurance and you will be responsible for your portion on the day of treatment.
Our office accepts payment via cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard.
We also offer an online payment option and promotional financing via CareCredit.

We accept most insurance plans! As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your claim for you when you present your dental plan information.
You will be expected to pay for services rendered if our office is unable to verify your plan information.
Any deductible or estimated co-payment amount will be due at the time of treatment.
If payment for services already rendered has not been paid in full within 30 days, either by you or your plan company, the remaining balance for your treatment is considered past due and must be collected immediately.

For your convenience we now offer an online payment option! After treatment has been completed or once insurance has paid their portion you will receive a link via text message or email to pay the outstanding balance. Payment can be made through a credit card or linked bank account. Thank you!
